wraps 101

Let's talk wraps. What are some of the benefits of a wrap? Will it damage my vehicle? Will it raise the value of my car? How will it help my business? These are all legitimate questions. Let's dive in.

Reasons why you should choose to wrap your fleet:

  • Wraps are cost effective mobile billboards that maximize your brand visibility

  • Wraps are like clothing for your car. They will help protect the vehicle's paint from scratches and sun damage.

  • Wraps provide flexible options – if your branding changes, and your leases aren’t up, your current wrap can be removed and changed/updated.

  • White vehicles have higher resale value – instead of ordering a custom/specialty color vehicle and losing money on the resale side, get a white painted vehicle then jazz it up with a wrap that can be removed during remarketing.

  • Fleet graphics can be translated across multiple vehicle types and YMM’s - don’t be limited, be bright and untamed.

  • Flexibility is key – if you have fleet vehicles in multiple states and need different: services listed, phone numbers for that region/area, LIC#s, DOT#s, branch names and so on, fleet graphics are a perfect solution to accomplish that.

  • Safety – let your clients and prospects know who you are and make it safer for members of your team when they are out in the field – a branded vehicle ensures a client that it is in fact you!

caring for your wrap

  • To ensure that our product performs for as long as possible, follow these instructions below:

  • Cleanliness is Key – Wipe off any fuel spills immediately to avoid degrading the vinyl and adhesive. Then, hand wash, rinse and dry as soon as possible.

  • Give Your Car a Loving Home – Store your wrapped vehicle indoors, in a shaded area, or under a cover whenever possible. Storage will help preserve and protect the film from heat and UV exposure.

  • Spot Treat Stains – Soften difficult contaminants, like tree sap, by soaking them for several minutes with hot, soapy water. Then, rinse thoroughly and dry. Do not use rough scrubbing or abrasive tools, which will scratch the film.

  • Hand Washing is Best – Hand wash your vehicle whenever possible (think of it as a spa day for your car). If you must send it through the car wash, choose the touchless option as brush car washes may dull and scratch the film as well as lift the edge of the graphics.

  • Do not wash for first 72 hours after installation.

  • Giving your vehicle proactive love and attention will keep your wrap looking its best for years down the road, ensuring that you’ll always be ready for the spotlight.
